This method works for me and a lot of my other "CFW" users so if your having this problem give this a go! 1.) Load Black Ops 2 NOT SIGNED IN! 3.) Wait 10 seconds after game timer ends. 4.) Sign in and you shouldn't freeze! If this is hard to understand I'll leave a link to a video showing the steps!
I will start up the game and the beginning sequence with "Treyarch" and "Activision" will be playing and then it will freeze and go to a black screen. The only way to get out of it is to force turn off the PS3. I've tried deleting my files and re-installing as well as the weird turning the system to a different language but the problem persists.
