Hi all, very recently bought the above but the sat nav has never worked, it just has the No GPS symbol on the screen. After reading all the posts on the site, I bought one of the internal GPS antennas from eBay.

It seems like all of the media "stuff" isn't working - radio, bluetooth, usb, aux - none of it. All it says on the "Media Centre" in the middlle is "Ford Focus" then it has the compass and temp, not even the time! I've tried pressing and holding different buttons, none of the buttons do anything. I just had my oil changed (at Ford) the day
